Michael starts with an assessment and builds a customized plan so you can build sustainable habits to strengthen your body for life.

Your goals become his mission – losing weight, looking and feeling better, having more energy, or strengthening your body. He incorporates a wide variety of exercise modalities including yoga, Pilates, TRX, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training and calisthenics which keep workouts fresh and challenging.
