Weight Loss Tips

Today we’re talking about weight loss. Down below I’m going to list some examples of foods to stay away from when trying to lose weight👇

1. Processed Sugars ; High sugar intake is linked to increased inflammation markers in the body. This includes sugary snacks, desserts, and sugary beverages.
2. Refined Carbohydrates: Foods such as white bread, pastries, and many processed foods can cause a spike in blood sugar and inflammation.
3. Trans Fats :Found in many fried foods, fast foods, and commercially baked products, trans fats are highly inflammatory.
4. Processed Meats Items like sausages, hot dogs, and deli meats often contain preservatives and other additives that can contribute to inflammation.
5. Dairy Products: For some people, dairy can be inflammatory due to lactose intolerance or an immune response to proteins found in milk.
