How to Fix Your Running Form
Improving your running form can make your runs more efficient and reduce the risk of injury. Start by keeping your head up and looking ahead, not down at your feet. Your shoulders should be relaxed, and your arms should swing naturally at your sides, bent at about a 90-degree angle. Keep your hands loose, not clenched. Focus on landing softly on the midfoot or forefoot rather than striking the ground with your heels. Your stride should be short and quick, aiming for about 170-180 steps per minute. Engage your core to maintain a straight posture, and try to keep your body aligned without leaning too far forward or backward. Regularly practicing these techniques can help improve your overall running performance.
